Understanding your situation takes a good ear.  We don’t dish out prepackaged, canned strategy plans at Blackfish – we are here to cultivate the perfect solution for your unique nonprofit group or agency.  We’ll stay with you through the process, whether it’s a complete turnaround, organizational merge or board realignment you want to accomplish.  Yes, we give free phone advice from time to time if you have a few easy questions or just need some flashy government paperwork.  Anything more than that, we’ll need a contract to get better acquainted.
